Lord Have Mercy

Photo from Little Blue Deer Blog

I hate that I'm being reduced to saying
"oh I've been so busy, please check back tomorrow for a blog post."
But.
It's true.
I'm sorry.

Glen took a candid shot of me in the chicken coop this morning (see above).
As you can see, my weight loss efforts are already paying off!

I have been so busy!
I've been gone just about every day this week.
I can't wait to tell you all about it.
I've been working doing some 'professional organizing'.
Apparently I have marketable skills.
Who knew?

This Bootcamp is kicking my butt in wonderful ways.

I have Pink Chicken updates.
I've been hired to bake!
Again.
Who knew?

I've got my secret skin serum all bottled up and ready to go.

I started taking medication for Adult ADHD, and I want to tell you all about that, since it really might help someone.

I planned on getting my coffee tutorial up this morning, but I don't want to rush through it, so I'm going to record it tomorrow.

I can't decide if I want to have a jazzy music background for it - or bluegrass.
I love the idea of Jazz and coffee - don't you?  Seems so.....grown up.

But I do feel a little like a hillbilly when I'm roasting it.
Tune in tomorrow.....

For now I must get up and do my hour of cardio for the day, and lift some weights.
Then I go off to organize a basement for a few hours, and then grocery shopping.
I'm feeling fantastic.

  7. Things you do not know: I have made it a requirement that everyone must be silent when I read the Coopster's blog. I don't want to miss one word. Also, jazz makes me want to drink coffee, and I am not a coffee drinker. So there.

  9. I'm happy that things are working out for you. You really seem to be the type of person that thrives on being busy. I, on the other hand, like things quiet and slowed down. Which is why I'm taking the day off from work to be alone at home and get caught up!

If I did an hour of cardio I wouldn't get anything else done for the rest of the day. I have to save my energy. Yes, that's it, saving my energy.

  14. REALLY looking forward to hearing about the ADHD medication. And love it that you are able to make money organizing. Organizing is hard for ADHDers, but sometimes it our salvation! I have been delaying meds, but it may be time (at 60!!)

  15. I think you should always wear a gown when you go to the chicken coup. And, play jazz when you roast coffee.
    Go you!
I love how much you have going on, it's so exciting! You're like a domestic celebrity.

First...a confession. Totally been lurking forever, just now commenting. Absolutely love your blog! You should check out the CD/album entitled Appalachian Waltz by Yo-Yo Ma. It might just have the right feel for the coffee tutorial.
Keep up the fun writing--I love coming by to read it!
    Take care.
