Lord Have Mercy

Photo from Little Blue Deer Blog

I hate that I'm being reduced to saying
"oh I've been so busy, please check back tomorrow for a blog post."
It's true.
I'm sorry.

Glen took a candid shot of me in the chicken coop this morning (see above).
As you can see, my weight loss efforts are already paying off!

I have been so busy!
I've been gone just about every day this week.
I can't wait to tell you all about it.
I've been working doing some 'professional organizing'.
Apparently I have marketable skills.
Who knew?

This Bootcamp is kicking my butt in wonderful ways.

I have Pink Chicken updates.
I've been hired to bake!
Who knew?

I've got my secret skin serum all bottled up and ready to go.

I started taking medication for Adult ADHD, and I want to tell you all about that, since it really might help someone.

I planned on getting my coffee tutorial up this morning, but I don't want to rush through it, so I'm going to record it tomorrow.

I can't decide if I want to have a jazzy music background for it - or bluegrass.
I love the idea of Jazz and coffee - don't you?  Seems so.....grown up.

But I do feel a little like a hillbilly when I'm roasting it.
Tune in tomorrow.....

For now I must get up and do my hour of cardio for the day, and lift some weights.
Then I go off to organize a basement for a few hours, and then grocery shopping.
I'm feeling fantastic.

  1. Delighted to hear all that's working for you and that you're working on! I'd hire you in a 1/2 sec. Come on down w/that squirrel. But please eat a little sumthin' first as that 1st pic really has me worried!

  2. Yay Jayme! I'm so happy for you. I've been exercising too for the last few weeks and I just realized something strange. I'm enjoying it!

  3. You sound really energized and happy. :-)

  4. Awesome! You are getting what you wished for! An answer to the pink chicken and no internet.. this is how it was supposed to go down! I say jazz, bluegrass makes me want to pull my teeth out! hehe

  5. Oh and I be watching....I burned a small batch :(

  6. You are a whirling dervish! I can't wait to see your video tomorrow. law.

  7. Things you do not know: I have made it a requirement that everyone must be silent when I read the Coopster's blog. I don't want to miss one word. Also, jazz makes me want to drink coffee, and I am not a coffee drinker. So there.

  8. Good for you! No REALLY...good for YOU!

  9. I'm happy that things are working out for you. You really seem to be the type of person that thrives on being busy. I, on the other hand, like things quiet and slowed down. Which is why I'm taking the day off from work to be alone at home and get caught up!

  10. That lady needs to eat something!

  11. Have fun in the basement today! Can't wait to see your video... I like the jazz idea.

  12. OMG Jayme, you could organize my basement for me!!!! If I wouldn't be too embarassed to let you in it!

    Cindy Bee

PS - Coffee...mmmmm I can smell it now. Do jazz...

  13. can't wait for all the updates and bean roasting video!

If I did an hour of cardio I wouldn't get anything else done for the rest of the day. I have to save my energy. Yes, that's it, saving my energy.

  14. REALLY looking forward to hearing about the ADHD medication. And love it that you are able to make money organizing. Organizing is hard for ADHDers, but sometimes it our salvation! I have been delaying meds, but it may be time (at 60!!)

  15. I think you should always wear a gown when you go to the chicken coup. And, play jazz when you roast coffee.
    Go you!
I love how much you have going on, it's so exciting! You're like a domestic celebrity.

  16. Well I am so proud of you and I don't even know you really. KEEP I UP!!! Good for you..

  17. I thought coffee was the cure for adult onset ADHD LOL...Love your posts!

  18. Oh for a tenth of that energy. I am worn out just reading about your day. I think I will go take a nap.

  19. Jayme- You are sounding fantastic...and are sounding grounded! Hugs to you sweet friend....and I'm thinking that you may be just a tad TOOO thin after seeing that picture..Bwhahahaha xxooDiana

  20. Wow -- now if I can only get someone interested in paying me to scoop cat litter and break collectible juice glasses -- I'll feel as great as you do!

Sounds like things are falling into place for you -- I'm happy for you. :)

  21. I have dust problems also -- & don't know what type of sweeper you have --- but I have a Rainbow -- & it's great --
