A Gen-yoo-wine vintage apron is up for the giveaway today! This apron is SO sweet. Just wait til you see the craftsmanship on this. Such tiny stitches, so perfectly sewn. Notice the nice little pocket detail?
You'll love having this, and you need it! A farmgirl doesn't cook without an apron ya know.
Start posting your comments. (one per person please). Since it's been so quiet around here lately, I thought I'd leave this giveaway up for a couple of days. The winner will be announced Tuesday night, sometime before I go to bed....about 9 CST time.
Thanks so much for reading my blog.
Oh, pick me, pick me! This is so cute and it would help me can all those tomatoes this summer. Don't you know you can work harder if you are wearing a cute apron? :)

ReplyDeleteokay, I've had the most drama in the month of July, wait til you hear the latest. I'm emotionally exhausted, I am appealing to your side of sympathy, I need an apron to dry my tears while I cook and clean. Talk about poor me. Something has to cheer me up. Maybe I should hold out for the aphgan give away. :)
ReplyDeleteThat apron is oh so cute and oh so vintage !
ReplyDeleteI really think that it belongs tied up around me cooking and baking in my 96 year old vintage home, don't ya think ?
The handcrafted apron is the only way to go, wearing one while cooking or baking just makes everthing taste better.
Well if I don't win, make sure you make a pattern of it so we can duplicate it, thanks !
I'd love to have this apron. :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to have it!! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I really enjoy your blog, you're so funny,
Alabama Grandmother
Oh my I just had a few mins finally to myself after all the family that has been in town and what do I find you having a giveaway. How cool I would love to be entered in it and hopefully win it would be totally awesome.
ReplyDeleteNeed to start catching back up now on all the comings and goings.
I have several of my grandmas aprons, they are def. from another era aren't they!! Rhonda remeber the aprosn you bought all of us when we went to Sharon Woods and made noodles, bread and pie? That was a fun day! I wore that apron when I was getting ready for Ryans's Open House...anywho's....Have a fun time Jayme picking the winner, I love your blogs...
ReplyDeleteOoh please please please! This would be perfect to wear while I'm making my home made baby food! Better for the baby, you know? I love you Jayme Mae (and that's not butt kissing to try to grease the wheels I really do!)
ReplyDeleteWow Jayme, you've got a big decision to make with your pretty "farm girl" apron. I remember my Aunt's and grandma always had one on when they were cooking or cleaning. I think I've owned two of my own in my lifetime. They were just something else I had to wash so they weren't a big deal with me. But then all the cooking, baking, etc. wasn't either. :) I'd rather wallpaper, organize a room, paint a house or just clean. I guess I'm wired different. :)
ReplyDeleteAm I too late to enter? I just found your blog today and I am loving it. That apron is absolutely adorable!
ReplyDeletePhew, I'm not too late, am I? I think that apron would help me not be afraid of making things with yeast.
ReplyDeleteAprons are awesome! That sounds like a bumper sticker! It's darling and I'm telling all my friends to enter right away!
ReplyDeleteHello - This is my first visit and I really enjoyed what I have seen so far. I found you through Belladella, who happens to be my daughter.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a blog yet, but hope to soon. I just love aprons and would love to be the winner of the beautiful one you are giving away. Not sure how far back you read on Belladella's blog, but she has quite a collection of aprons. Here's to keeping my fingers crossed and will be back to visit often.
Have a nice evening:>).
