I'd planned on talking about my dental excursion today - but I've slept in a little since I have to work til midnight again at the Pier tonight!
It seems too late in the day to be up on the computer much - it seems kinda wrong to me - like watching tv during daylight hours.
I have no idea where I got that it was wrong to watch daytime TV unless you have the flu - but it's just how me brain works.
Last week I had a 'Success Interview' with my Coach, David Greenwalt.
I'd love it if you'd give it a listen.
If you are interested in doing the Bootcamp at all - it's getting down to the wire girls!
There's absolutely no obligation for signing up on the Early Bird Notification email list - and if you'd like a remote chance of getting into the Bootcamp - ya need to do that here:
I couldn't wish this for you any harder.
A year from now - this could be you - having a success interview and feeling like a million bucks!
Being healthy isn't just the absence of illness - nay - it's energy, it's joy, it's vibrancy and exuberance.
Give this a listen and let me know what you think.
I was awfully nervous and completely forgot to mention my chickens, bees and blogs when asked what I do...oy!
If you sign up for the Bootcamp Early Notification Email through the link I gave you above - Coach will track it - and I will be able to assist you through the process of the Bootcamp!
Bootcamp begins on February 8th - sign ups begin near the end of January.
Last year it sold out within a day.
If you happened to do the Turkey Challenge this past fall - it is absolutely nothing like that.
If you are on the fence about this - you want to - but you want more information - please send me an email. I'd be happy to talk to you on the phone about it.
The cost of the Bootcamp is $97 a month - February - August.
Girls - you know I'm a Pink Chicken - I'm not sure how to express to you how SCARY it was for me to put that money out - I need to be UBER frugal to stay home - but I put it out there - and honestly - what I was spending in butter every month paid for half of it.
I almost wish I were kidding about that.
It was the best money I ever spent and I'm doing it again this February!
I'd like to lose another 20 in order to get my weight at a really healthy level and get my legs thinned out.

2012.
It's your year.
I feel it in me bones.
Can't wait to give this a listen. "A belt, a belt, my kingdom for a belt!" Everyone is so proud of you!

You look fantastic! And even better... you feel so wonderful. You are going to help so many people! hugs :)
ReplyDeleteYour after pic reminds me a bit of Diane Keaton.... and I hope you take that as a compliment because that is how it was meant... I think she is one rocking lady... and so are YOU Jayme!
ReplyDeleteYES! DIANE KEATON!!!! I've been trying to figure out who the heck you remind me of. And that's it! She's one of my favorite funny ladies too.
ReplyDeleteLook at that before and after, WOW, woman. Just wow. :-)
You look beautiful! I'm trying so hard this year to loose all the "baby weight" I gained last year. Thanks for all your inspiration :)
ReplyDeleteRockin' Sweet girl! YOu look Maaaahvelous!!!! KEEP ON! - MY super duper motivation bloggy sis. I am stickin' to it. One year journey coming up this month. My goal will be to weigh this May what I weighed when we got married 30 years ago. Five pounds away!!! Dang - I know I can do that in 5 months.slow and steady wins the race...and then my goal is to maintain that for a year, and I know I will have arrived for good. It's not about the weight loss...really...it's about changing your way of thinking, yes?...90% mindset, 10% body...Hard at first, but once you're all in...it's a go. RAH Jayme...Fantastic before and after girl...David ought to be full and overflowing just from your witness alone. :-) :-) HUGS!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat interview with your Coach...I agree with everything you two discussed! I'm down from just over 200 pounds to 168 pounds, I have gained back about 10 pounds (I was 158) so I'll be working on that in 2012...I'm working toward 150 pounds and getting my cholesterol level down so I don't have to take medication. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteJayme, I say it again, you are an inspiration. And you look great not to mention you must feel so much better.
ReplyDeleteGood clean living I say.
Congratulations

You look just gorgeous, Jayme. I am so proud of you! I like the end where you said..You feel it in my bones...because it makes me think that you most likely couldn't FEEL your bones a year or so ago. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteInspiring,Jayme, simply inspiring. Thank you so much for posting the before and after. Seeing is believing. I'm thinking about it, really I am. My husband's cat scan Friday will be the decider of me. If his cancer is responding to the chemo, I believe I can manage this, if not, I just don't know. His illness has shaken us, our grand daughter is having a kidney transplant next month. I'm not certain I can handle more stress. Thank you for responding to my plea. Stand Strong, Lady.
ReplyDeleteYou've worked so hard for this. A big congrats to you!!! All your diligence has paid off. You look amazing!!!!
ReplyDeleteSO happy for you.
You've got an Awesome New Year ahead of you! I'm listening to your radio broadcast now as I type..... congratulations!
ReplyDeleteI've been away from reading my favorite blogs for 2 weeks so didn't say how sorry I am about your Jinksie. Only fellow animal lovers can understand the bond and the heartbreak.
Thanks for writing such a super blog. It's brought me a lot of pleasure in the past year!

Jayme,
ReplyDeleteI am thrilled that you are healthy and *finally* comfortable in your own skin!
You are the poster child for happiness. I love you, sweet friend.
Deborah
I have a question about the program.... I really want to get into it, but want to start something now. How soothed programs like Weight Watchers or meal replacement shakes work into the program? Should I just try to clean up my diet instead of jumping into a program? Also, any tips to get in? I'm on the email list (and saw your success story in the last one, I was like "Hey! I "know" her!"), but anything you should have ready? You've been an inspiration and I've been wanting to get motivated but nothing was doin for me until I saw your before and after. Amazing!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
