I just went to upload (download? whatev.) a single photo with a single line. Alas, Cork took the picture taker. Then I come over here and Law - you done rang my bell.
Then it looks like you are happy X2. Congrats Mama duck....I can just see them waddling around the house after you! Afterall, you did have a chicken in the house. I would expect nothing less with the duckies!! Have fun, they are adorable. What breed????
Oh. My. Goodness. This is the best picture I have seen all week. I love the ducks. I love the hands. I LOVE the apron and the nail polish and the love. I love the LOVE in this picture.
They are absolutely gorgeous. We have to come that way for just a quick visit. It's like going on an outing to come to your place. Love them, love them.
Now gosh darn it...I didn't tell you last Saturday I made up my mind I wanted those ducks I saw at Rural King a couple of weeks ago. So I went there....and I looked in all the bins....GONE! I think I'll go check again today to see if they have any more.
We have a couple of Canadian geese that have set up housekeeping on our neighborhood pond. My grand daughter loves to go feed them, but only one comes to eat. I think the other one may be keeping a nest of eggs warm. I can't wait to see if baby ducks begin hatching!
I love your blog! I found it yesterday before work and laughed and laughed. I think we maybe sisters by another mother. I have been wanting bees and chickens but my hubby thinks not....I just have to work on him. He says our neighbors might frown. What's a few bees and chickens between neighbors.
Quack! I love the sound those warm duckies make. Do you ever get the urge to waddle after them. I used to... it's kind of fun to get in line and see where they take you. Have fun with the little quackers.
Very cute. Maybe in three more weeks I will have my own brand of happiness to hold... a warm goose! BTW, I don't know duck about ducks, so what kind are they? They remind me of mallards. Lynda ":<>
